In 2011, Joe Howard just graduated from school, so he did what any normal 18-year-old boy would do in the gap year. Joe found an empty shop in Beckville, Derbyshire. Without business experience and Richard Branson's business books, Joe opened a gift shop. What's the real problem? Among his many brands, there are some famous tea and coffee brands. In 2014, after learning how not to run a business for several years and having his best year to date, he decided to renovate the upstairs of his store to get more retail space. He wanted another challenge and planned to create his own tea brand.
